CJ has a very good point, the same sentiments shared by just about everyone I've shown it [the 2010 Annual Manual cover] to. In typical UTW fashion the illustration (and arrogant response to CJ's letter) reinforces negative stereotypes rather than working to break them down.

I'm sorry, but depicting North Tulsa as a brown smoldering spot is in poor taste at best, racist and offensive at worst.
