I like your phrase "community of faith". How can you believe in God and not have him, her, it permeate every moment and aspect of your life? If there is a God, does that not automatically trump everything else? As an Atheist, I've often wondered how believers can be so fiercely dogmatic about their belief in God and yet not devote themselves utterly each moment to the expression of that belief. How can you prioritize spirituality? If you acknowledge that it is with you and within all things at all times no prioritization is necessary. What is most pleasing to God, a pious, devoted Muslim or Buddhist whose every breath is an expression of that devotion, or a prioritizing Christian who somehow finds a way to get to church on Sunday?
