The Grille is not a fine dining establishment. Pool tables and dart boards do not complement fine dining... Obviously! Secondly, let's get to food. i have personally tried the Bruschetta, those are not onions, they were slivered garlic... big difference. Classically no onions are in Bruschetta, if there were it would be a ragout of tomato. I however do know quite a bit about food being a Chef in several large cities, including here in the Tulsa area. I visit The Grille to dance and dine twice a week, with the great bands that they offer every evening. So far I have had great service with several different employees, they do not all need, "serious training, coaching, scripting and supervision" I think you went a little over the top on this one. Give the Grille a second chance, they have a great staff with some very gifted and personable young individuals. In retrospect, full bar and a great beer selection from great breweries across the world and music every night of the week. Reminds me of Austin, TX.
