I went to Wolfgang Puck around the time this article was written. I Had a much different experience. The services was not very good. It was about 9 at night and not busy. The majority of the staff was even sitting and having dinner in the dining area. The management was rude. The food was less than up to par. I posted on their facebook and it was quickly deleted. I have however seen many complaints about this place on food blogs.
