I attended and was a contestant in the StoneWood Poetry Slam and in my personal opinion the BA Arts council did an excellent job of promoting and coordinating this first time event! It was packed, standing room only. It was great fun and so refreshing to hear the different styles, emotions and word craft of the other poets, I can't wait for another one!
