Amen and I second that. No more truer words have been written. We's just crazy in the restaurant biz,that is a fact, but to see a customer love your food is such a great reward.
As you say, support your local Eateries! More of the tax money stays in your town and it is also great to see us small fries help support our community by providing job opportunities.
