Why is the debate still going on lets get real I stay in the Northgate area the ladies at the correction center causes no harm to this community they go to work and home just like you and I there is no threat to the children in this community, Why is it ok for the Greeley and Gilcrease students to walk by the center for years and when it comes to Cherokee students they are to good for that I have lived and worked in this community for over 30 years Turley gets there tax money from the North Tulsa Community they truly only want us and our children to better them self not the North Tulsa community as a whole why should we send our children to another city out side the city limits we already have to shop outside the city limits spend our hard earned money in a place that just want our dollars What about the Northgate community Greeley is all we have nothing else but the school is that fair or justice in this city Turley had the oppunity to become a part of Tulsa fifteen to twenty years ago and they refused to be anaxed into the city of Tulsa..North Tulsa the city within a city , at least I can say Thank You DR Ballard, and Schpool board members for trying to do right by North Tulsa for a change to better our children education .and we will be watchingfor our children future.
