The problem with Tulsa Transit is not lack of funds, but incredibly incompetent management and many drivers who treat the job as some sort of hobby and make little or no effort to keep to the published time table. That a survey in which most respondents do not and will not use Tulsa Transit is being taken as some sort of indicator of how the future of public transportation--for the next 30 years--should unfold is a clear indication of the kind of self-serving nonsense INCOG subscribes to.
