Whatever happens, I hope Henderson is kicked to the curb. Mr. Trent sounds like he has a more willing attitude to bring about a positive change. I respect the fact that he has endured so much on a personal level - he is one of the people. Henderson seemingly wants to look sooooo accomplished with his 37 years at AT&T (short for ATTiTUDE) and some may think that means way more than it does. Realistically, it means he's not a leader since he most likely never got into upper-local management with AT&T - just splicing broken wires, but never fixing them....
