people who mistreat animals should be fined and jailed and not allowed to own them, it's no different than child abuse, neither has any defense against these sick MF's. as for the puppy mills if the breeders can't comply with the new rules get out of the business, or let's convert them into "slaves" for a while to see how they like it. they whine that it is their livelyhood, well do something humane like get a real job or breed correctly and professionally.
