When I worked downtown in the early 70's we would get our coneys, then go to the pool hall under the Tribune bldg and play some snooker. Those were some fun times.

And no one fudges on the strict terminology of the law? I think there needs to be a clear intent to defraud the customer & the OTC. I also have a question about "gross receipts tax", is this sales tax, mixed beverage tax or something else? 576 states the GRT is 12%, but sales tax is different for each city & county and mixed beverage is 13.5%.

Is this guy taking into account that, if a menu states that the prices do not include tax, the prices & tax collected are in fact correct? I don't think so.
