Why do we persist in having a yellow , or amber light that is so briefly timed that teens and seniors cannot stop in time when travelling the speed limit on our main streets, such as 41st, 51st, etc.
What would it cost to lengthen the yellow lights or even have simultaneous red lights? How many fire and police resources must we continue to waste so that speeders can be convenienced.
How much could we save in money and lives?
