I've never worked around Terry but he is obviously a very intelligent man. Sometimes these people seem arrogant because they see things so much clearer than others. His energy level may be a little too much for some people. As far as his son, are you sure he wasn't just putting in a good word for him, not doing any arm twisting? Sounds like something I would have done too.
