WORST BUFFET I've ever been to...

I'm not a picky eater and I've been to many buffets. This tops the list as the WORST! The food was not very good, the waitress sat near us and texted on her phone the whole time and then tried to sneak in a 15% gratuity on our ticket... which was written on a Post-it note! Also, we were not warned that the A/C was out. When this was brought to the manager's attention, he claimed he told us that the A/C was out (NOT TRUE) and claimed the waitress asked if she could charge us the 15% gratuity (NOT TRUE - and we had a party less than 8). Plus, I was charged for a drink I did not order, but was so frustrated I left. Don't waste your time or money on this place!
