Re: Felons Apply Here  10/30/2012 - 9:01am
Im a 39 year old woman, was charged unfairly with three felonies on assualt and battery on three Tulsa police women. It was back in 1994, I was twenty-one years old. I was moving my brothers and my personal items out of our home because I caught his wife cheating with another man,our cousin. Our next door neighbor had the nerve to call the police saying I was burglarizing the place. The two police women arrived I stopped and answered their questions of what I was doing, than one of the police women said "No what are you really doing", and she was in my face at the time. So having already answered her question, she was insinuating that I wasn't telling the truth. And of course I became defensive saying "I already fucking told you" and that set her and the rookie police woman off, than the third police woman came up and they flung me against a parked van several times plus pepper sprayed my face. Next, I was slammed down to the ground, than a male police officer came up and said "Bitch if it was night time it would've been worse", which he was threatning me. I didn't ever lay a hand on any of those police women. The only thing I did was answer the police of what I was doing there and than I mouthed off because of the police womans insuating that I was lying. And I get charged with three felonies, than my lawyer had me sign a waiver saying that I was drunk at the time which dropped two felonies to two misdemeanors but still have that one felony. I can't get a career. I've been going to college it almost time for graduation but whats the point if I can't even get hired on at a Dollar General store. Wish I would've fought the case instead of signing the waiver which my lawyer had me sign. I was threatened, assualted, and battered by the Tulsa Police Department.
