Medicaid, Medicare,social security, providing for a strong,robust national defense...this is where the vast majority of federal dollars go. It's also responsibilities not shared by municipalities. I do not favor significant revenue increases (dem slang for tax increase) to address deficit reduction,but to compare a municipality and its budgetary approach to that of the federal government is disingenuous at best....moronic, really.
