Love the clothes...SO disappointed in the customer service, including the manager and owner. As part of a tulsa based company and in the customer service business for over 30 years, our number one concern is customer satisfaction. Misunderstandings occur every day and policy exceptions are made every day, and in order to keep customers happy and returning to our business, we are more than willing to compromise to retain our customer loyalty. This is not so with Must Stache. Their service is wonderful before the sale....but do NOT look for anything but rude behavior and inflexibility after the fact, regardless of circumstances. I will not be returning and have let all my friends/family know that this store is not worth their patronage. There are too many great stores in the city who truly do care about their customers.
