The last post is 9/25/2011. I went to a local restaurant last night in Broken Arrow and ordered some wine. On the bill along with the state tax charge was a charge for 13.5% (called a liquor tax). What has happened with this lawsuit since 2011? Not being aware of the 13.5% tax on liquor and this being a new year I was not sure if this was something new because I had never seen it presented this way before.
