The city of Austin is exactly 2 x Tulsa in population: Tulsa needs (at least) five thousand (5,000) people really LIVING fulltime downtown in order to start things--let's start an accurate count/census every year and watch things grow....

[AUSTIN (TX) has no casinos....a cool new casino AND a movie theatre downtown or in Brady would super-spark Tulsa's downtown for sure.]
