The only unconstitutional thing that could happen is that this legislation be delayed or overturned because some pastor says his congregation is dwindling and costing him money. Who cares if an illegal immigrant lost their driver's license. If they had one, they committed fraud to get it in the first place. Who cares if a restaurant that cators to illegal immigrants is losing business? Those aren't legal arguments against this legislation... all it is is whining... and a waste of tax payer dollars..."
