"You bet Im PISSED OFF, I have been looking for work in my Field Of Expertes(Machine/Building Maintenance-Computers/Installations/Repair-Call Centers,Not the so called Boiler Room where you have sell sell sell and sell some more just to keep your job)But at my age[55] and the Degree and a 1/2 that I have worked hard to obtain, the standard reply is Your Over Quilified!!!! But if you know someone here in town or the county or the state the test are waved and the job is yours, this city that I live in {13 yrs now} is nothing but a Nepotisum Town where if you are not related to someone all you can get is fast food,dishwasher,janitor job that pay so damn low you would have to live on the streets or in some low cost slum-crime-ridden apartment where if your not careful you could end up on the death count.
The preferential treatment give to ones who have been given the Blessing by the New/Old Money in this town to have the job they want for life and the Golden Retirement afterwords.
I have the skills education and common sense(gees what the hell is that common sense?) to do just about any job and to be paid well for it.
Wake Up you snotty nose Boys and Girls, there are people over 45 that can and will work you Brats under the table, and go home afterward knowing that they have done a good job and showed you Snotty,Bratty Boys and Girls How Work Is suppose to be Done, and that goes for the OLD BOYS CLUB, who only concern is for them selves, there mistress, and MAYBE there wives and childrens.
So I will continue to look for the right person in the right company that will look past my age and HIRE me for my qualifications.( Boy what Fantasy life I live in).
One more thing be for I hit the can to finish my Being PISSED OFF. I have had to get on food stamps and someother goverment programs, which I am very ashamed to be on. I was alway taught not to sponges of the Goverment, work hard and save for retirement, oh well I forgot I move to Oklahoma on advice of people that this state and this City, Tulsa was going to be a boomtown of the 21st century, Well I was Blinded By some real Bullshit.
