Suko, 11/12/2008 - 9:14am "While dining there may be a good option, reserving their private room should be done with caution. We booked their private room over a month ago for December, and they just called to let us know they double-booked the room and had to cancel our reservation. We should have walked away when they wrote our reservation down on a napkin! They are highly unprofessional, and their attempt to "fix" the problem was to book a different restaurant about which we knew nothing on our behalf. Upon looking into the alternative, we discovered the restaurant caters to the club scene with a warehouse atmosphere, which is not at all conducive to our private dinner. I want to warn people who are looking for a professional place to host their private party not to simply trust that when they make a reservation at Baxter's that the reservation will be honored."
