Paraibana, 2/17/2009 - 3:20pm "I love the Gaucho!!! After living in Brazil for over 10 years I missed the "environment." It is not American cuisine. Don't expect an American salad bar, but for those who are not afraid to try new things, it is great. It is an relaxed atomosphere, where no one gets in a hurry. I love their Black beans, their stroganoff, and the Guarana' (a Brazilian softdrink)!!! I have always had good service, and the cuts of meat were always good. Thank you, Jose' and family for bring Brazilian cuisine to Tulsa."
