"What pisses me off? The fact that I am a lowly renter who has paid his rent each month, on time, and in full despite being laid-off from my work in hydrocarbon measurement and loss control. The economic nightmare we face make peasant renters like myself do such things as rent a smaller home or apartment or changing professions as a means for survival. Being the peasant worker and renter I began work much the same as a mechanical engineer instead of staying in business development or being a financial officer. Where is the Economic Stimulus for Renters who knew better than to take on a home loan they could not afford? Why is it that only corrupt lenders and people who lived on their economic edge or were devastated by the Great Depression II deserve a bailout? Why are we apparently sub-human renters not entitled to a year’s worth of rent?
Sitting idle as your Federal Government is bailing out for profit companies is a result of being stunned, hopeless, broke, and confused. Many of we peasants have solved the problem for less than a dollar, with one shot in the head. Personally, I believe the world would still exist if AIG and Citi Group crumbled to ashes. As I predicted in December of 2008 your hard earned money is being given back to massive corporations who made a few million bad calls. Everyday you work, remember at least one hour is to ensure crooked lending institutions have liquid capital available to turn you down for a loan for the majority of Americans. You can call that a snuff out for new small businesses as well; take that to the bank, so to speak. To put a fork in us companies such as AIG bonus their executive millions of dollars each. As Americans lose their rental homes these bastards are building winter homes in Aspen and Bali. I say we should move into with these great business minds, since our hard earned tax dollars bought their homes. The homes belong to the people of the Soviet Soc, ah, United States.
Since I am a renter people assume I have a lower income and little or no education, as so my fellow renters and I are socially chained to a proper place in the American socio-economic plain of existence. In my case I hold three business degrees to the Master’s level from OU and Dartmouth and own some 280 acres an hour outside of Tulsa. I rent because I may have to move for work at my age. Yet, why a renter’s dollar is not worth the same as a double mortgaged to the gills, refinanced home owner.
I’m pissed, where are primate renters going to see our economic stimulus dollars? Lord help me if I have any medical problems.
Thank ya"
