My favorites are the Italian, Asian, and Barbeque stations. And of course the desserts are out of this world - gotta try the pecan tart. Don't be afraid to step outside the box and try dishes you've never had before. You wont be disappointed. The ingredients are fresh, the recipes are well thought out, and the service is excellent. Not your typical slop buffet. It is truly a gourmet, fine dining experience."
