"Burned Customer I use to LOVE Genghis, until my most recent visit. I left my cell phone at my table when I left. My waiter was kind enough to take my phone to the hostess stand since he knew i would be back for it. With in two hours i returned for my phone only to be told they cant find it. Two different waiters confirmed that they had my cell phone in their possession at a location only employees have access to but now its gone. The manager Kevin on duty was the worst person to talk to about the situation. He didn't even try to help look for the phone but instead walked around holding a light bulb talking on his blackberry staring at the ceiling. After I escalated the incident the manager Kevin then says "yes one of my employees probably did steal your phone but there isn't anything I can do about it." He didn't even apologize that this happened. A week later i still don't have my phone. I will never eat at any Genghis in Tulsa or Bixby since the owner is the same for both locations and also blew me off when the incident was escalated. You would think they would be more concerned with the staff they hire stealing customers property but they are not. If you continue to eat here please leave all your valuables in your car locked or make sure to have them on you at all times. Not because of the other customers but because you cant trust the staff."
