Everyone should attend brunch sometime and order "the hot mess", if you think you can handle it, its an amazing dish. A five inch biscuit, topped with two eggs to order, cheese fries, sausage gravy, and chicken fried bacon! It may sound like a strange combo, but the food works together brilliantly! It's like a roller coaster for your mouth!"
