prunepicker, 11/25/2011 - 2:30pm "It is difficult to say the least to find a Mexican restaurant in Tulsa that does not microwave at least some of their food; that makes the main ingredients for every dish from scratch; that prides themselves in using organic and local food. And yet I have found such a place: Elote in downtown Tulsa. Even though I live in Broken Arrow, I gladly make the trek downtown because it's worth it! My wife and I have found a variety of delightful, tasty food with a little bit of "bite"; friendly waiters and a welcome change from fast food and national chains serving the "same old thing!" Well worth the trip downdown..."
