"Went in on their first Friday night. It was packed, and VERY loud inside. They need to insulate the ceiling or something. The usual suspects are the bartenders, same people you have seen behind the bar for years around town. We sat at the bar and ordered their Poutine (canadian cheeses fries) and a meat and cheese plate. 35 minutes later we got the cheese fries, and 20 mins after that we got the meat and cheese plate. While it was packed there was only 2 other tables eating, not sure why the long wait. The poutine was gross, with a sweet BBQ'y sauce, not the traditional brown gravy. The meat on the meat & cheese plate was prosciutto straight from a store bought package. All in all, I won't be going back for their food, which is a shame since Chef Trevor Tack is behind the menu."
