Sestone1, 2/15/2012 - 1:05pm "Ordered Valentines Day gift, which was never delivered. Cannot get through to the store on the phone because they have their phone off the hook avoiding angry customers...which are numerous at this point. Cannot even get the corporate headquarters to answer the phone to file a complaint....they don't answer the phone at all. I've disputed the charge on my credit card and plan on getting a refund regardless of whether they deliver it now or not...I mean what's the point this late right? Terrible company to do business with, do not recommend at all."
