It's demise is the fault of Mayor's much like the current one, local business leaders and a city counsel. When you have a city counsel that consists of people that are drunken whore mongers,another that is probably the biggest racist in the city, another who is a business man with collection agencies snapping at his heels and the others are just too stupid to even consider, you're going to have a city that suffers. Anyone that moves into downtown Tulsa right now is placing their very financial lives in the hands of some on the biggest morons in the country."
