We seated ourselves and informed her we had coupons we intended to use. She let us know that we could not order from the lunch special to use them. So we ordered a more expensive meal and when it came time to pay she refused to honor our coupon because another person at our table had already used one and she would only allow one per table. When we told her we had used two coupons at the same table before (on separate checks) she said she didn't care and she was not going to honor our discount. She acknowledged that she could make an acception but would not. So we ended up paying twice as much as we would have if we had been notified of this when she took our order and was talked into ordering a more expensive meal. I was upset and embarrassed because I had brought family visiting with us from out of state. I had talked so good about this place and wanted to share the experience with them. The manager, America, had also shouted an insult at me as I was leaving the restaurant. Needles to say I will never go back to this restaurant and they will never get another good word from me."
