Although Todd did not refer to the reporter as a "Liberal media freak" he does have a problem with the New York Times running stories that have no basis in substainiated fact. They make up what they need to convey their point of view and sway public opinion. This is further evidenced by the irresponsible story they ran yesterday about John McCain. Call them what you will, they are the leaders of the Liberal Media in this country.
Let me guess, you work for the government, or no, you are an academic. In any event you depend on the government for your livelihood. You can't be serious about questioning the US decision to refrain from entering into the Kyoto agreement. Come on, this is all relative. In simple terms a 33% reduction in greenhouse gases for a country who does absolutely nothing to control pollution does not have the same economic effect that it would for the United States. We have lost enough manufacturing jobs thank you very much and if we want a robust economy in the future we better be doing something about getting them back. We cannot sustain an economy on service industry. Most of the countries who signed that agreement already have double digit inflation, double digit unemployment and faltering economies. The United States does not need the corrupt United Nations to tell us how to conduct out business."
