"Dan Perry is a destroyer of beautiful buildings and a terrible land lord. I only had a 6 month lease (thank god) but it was a terrible experience. I can attest to the lack of upkeep/maintenance.. one of my neigbors had no heat cause the floor furnace didnt work. Management did give her an electric heater,, but with the electrical system just as old as the apartments themselves,, you plug in 2 things and youre sitting in the dark. not only does he employ less than perfect staff,, but he'll rent out an apartment to anyone faster then you can say "anbesol". so if you want to live in an old style building with charm thats holding itself together with duct tape,, be my guest. just dont expect him to evict the homeless guy that lives above you after the previous owner,, no wait,, the boyfriend of the previous owner who isnt even on the lease, nor does the girlfriend even live there anymore.. steals your tv,, and then finally gets evicted."
