"sigh,, I to have experience the "perry property" nightmare.. though I only had to suffer for 6 months.
so far what Ive read has rang true.. I recieved 2 cutoff notices for water,, getting maintenance requires an act of god.. ok well maybe not.. but at least 4 weeks of pestering.
The neighbors floor furnace didnt work,, so instead of fixing it,, management gave them an electrical heater. which sounds fine and dandy,, but again,, with the electrical systems in these places about as old as the properties themselves.. you can have heat,, or you can watch tv and cook dinner. ahh the memories of blackouts and trying to find those stupid round fuses in the dark.
oh well,, im out of there.. though the memories still haunt me.. I think its funny the pic of the "disheveled apartment" to the right of the story,, open all cabinets and drawers and you have madness.. lol My upstairs neighbor skipped out on his lease,, no not the one that stole my brand new television,, the one across from him. ; ) so after being treated like ,, insert what you want here,, I now wish I had messed up my apartment a bit.
