The fact is any bartender Steve fired was done a favor by not having to serve watered down booze to their patrons. Anyone who is in business is in it to make money. However, when you don't understand the people that work for you "butter your bread for you" and not the other way around all you do is create disloyalty and enemies. I don't care about inflated stories about a back room boss people almost never see. What makes the bar business happen are the people behind the bar the talented waitresses cocktailing the dj in the booth the the band on the stage and a safe environment for your over 21 patrons."
