Swan Lake is a beautiful park and enjoyed by not just Tulsans but visitors from all over the country.
Too bad the City of Tulsa has been lax in funding upkeep and fountain replacement.
Kudos to those in the historic Swan Lake neighborhood who have been donating money for these projects.
Hopefully, someone with deeper pockets can make a significant contribution and get the fountain up and running.
Its been busted since the winter of 2001.
