I have also recommended her to many friends and co-workers, and will continue to do so. She is friendly, professional, calming, and does a great job. I have never left there without being 100% satisfied with my waxing, and am certain that if I did have a concern I could mention it and it be corrected immediately. This is a service industry and you can't please 100% of the people 100% of the time, but I bet Emily comes extremely close. If you haven't had a Brazilian waxing, go for it, and give Emily a try. You won't be disappointed."
