In Bixby, Owasso, Glenpool, North Tulsa, and other areas you can buy a brand new 3 bed 2 bath home for under $150,000. No one in the downtown area seems to want to address it's most likely tenant/homeowner: young, first-time home buyers, in the $90-175,000 range. Trendy doesn't always mean expensive."
