"Funny....you went to a Vietnamese restaurant, but ordered primarily from the Chinese side of the menu. You should have tried the Vietnamese menu for a light burst of flavor. I have eaten at Saigon palace in the last week, and everything you said about the service is true. They need to hire some staff and clean the place up. Anyhow, Tulsa is not blessed with "good" Vietnamese cuisine. Another restaurant, Viet Huong, is west of Memorial on 21st and is a couple steps above Saigon Palace. Sadly, even the better Vietnamese restaurant can't hold a candle to a really good Vietnamese restaurant. When you've had really good Vietnamese food, nothing else will do. It is SO much better than Chinese and very light. C'mon Tulsa.....somebody PLEASE open a good Vietnamese restaurant!!!!"
