I think he has done a good job with the resources we gave him - a hair-thin Democratic supermajority, a Republican minority hell-bent on obstructing everything in the Senate, and a partisan mediascape. Oh, and a gloriously uninformed populace that easily forgets who drove the car off the road in the first place. What we need, is a larger Democratic majority in the Senate that can overcome the Republicans sabotage.
