Why did Bill Clinton not arrest Osama bin Laden the several times he could have? Probably because the people in power are those with money. Osama with the oil industry and Inhoffe with the big dogs at capitol hill. I may not have a lot of money, but i have intelligence, and these days, that seems to be a rare find."
