There were overcharges on our credit card bill, as well, and it took over 30 minutes for it to get cleared up. On top of that, we had our vehicle parked by the Mayo Hotel valet service, and they "misplaced" our keys, which took another 15 minutes for them to locate.
Doubt we'll be returning anytime soon."
