We need to have Casinos,Resturants,Shopping,Bells,Water Taxis,Oil and Gas Museum,Native American Stomp Grounds etc etc. But why in the world are we doing another study? We have all ready done a Phase 1,2 and 3 paid for by the vision 2025 tax money. The vision 2025 web site states these studies were completed phase 1 and 2 in late 2005 and phase 3 were completed in 2009? Lease the land to devolpers CHEAP and let them go for it. Tulsa at this pace we will never see it happen."
