"@ leelee13.... If an honest review of a place, negative or positive, gets you butt hurt, i'm sure you can come up with something better than that. And I want places on the riverwalk to work. It's hard when they're paying thirty grand in rent, though. I managed a bar that didn't work on the riverwalk, Overhead is a killer there. Another thing that doesn't help, being disorganized. The Grille simply doesn't have it yet. Granted, it is a new place, and hopefully they changed some of the staff since I was there. Word of mouth can make or break you, and having a bunch of servers and bartenders not like your place is a much bigger deal than one might think. We spend a lot of money at places we like and places we don't like we try to run into the ground. I don't know why that is but if you can't give decent service to people you know will tip you well, might as well be begging to not have a job anymore. To each his own, and if you've had good service there, lucky you. I was stating what happened with my friends and I every time we've been there. I wouldn't suggest the place any more than billy sims bbq. Again, good idea, but they'll be shutting the doors soon unless they're investors have enough money to wait for the places south of the bridge to be built."
