Some are already set to cut taxes more because they think that is the answer to everything. They have convinced the public that the state budget can be cut without hurting the public; unfortunately, it's questionable that they have any idea how to accomplish that. The result will be more flat cuts to agencies without any study of the effects, while our legislators remain some of the nation's highest paid."
