Henderson seemingly wants to look sooooo accomplished with his 37 years at AT&T (short for ATTiTUDE) and some may think that means way more than it does. Realistically, it means he's not a leader since he most likely never got into upper-local management with AT&T - just splicing broken wires, but never fixing them...."
